1. Introduction
Welcome to Travelway DKC (‘’TravelwayKos’’, ‘’KosRentalCars’’, ‘’management’’, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and services, and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Pricing, Payment, Cancellations
– Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
– Full payment is required at the time of booking.
– Cancellations made 24 hours before the excursion’s departure time are free and eligible for a full refund.
– Additional charges may apply at check-in if inaccurate information was provided during the booking (such as the ages of children and infants).
4. Refunds
– After we receive and review your refund request, we will send you an email to confirm. You’ll also get a message letting you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
– If your refund is approved, we will process it. The amount will be returned to your credit card or original payment method within 14 working days, depending on your bank.
– If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then reach out to your credit card company, as it can take time for them to process and post the refund.
– If you still don’t see the refund after this, contact your bank since their processing times may cause delays.
– If you’ve tried all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at travelwaykos@gmail.com.
5. Website Issues and Changes
In the event of website failures, including technical issues, errors in pricing, or other inaccuracies:
– We reserve the right to adjust prices or cancel reservations and orders that were affected by these errors.
-Customers will be notified about any changes or cancellations and will have the choice to rebook or receive a full refund.
6. Bus Transfer, Pick-Up, Delays
-The pick-up time and location will be outlined in your booking confirmation and can also be accessed here: Bodrum & 3 Islands or Nisyros
-Please note that if you do not arrive on time at the pick-up point, the bus driver is not required to wait, and no refunds will be issued by us.
-Passengers must return to the bus meeting location immediately after their excursion ends. If you do not arrive on time, the bus will leave without you, and no refunds will be issued by us.
-The bus transfer service is available for various excursions on the same days. If an excursion has a delayed return, the bus departure may be delayed as well.
7. Boat Excursions ”3 Islands Cruise(Traditional Sailing Boat)”, ”3 Islands Cruise(Pirate Theme Boat), Check-In, Cancellations, Payment Methods
-Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in point at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the boat. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in being denied boarding, and in such cases, tickets will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
-If the boats are unable to sail due to extreme weather conditions, you will be eligible for either a full refund or the option to reschedule your excursion for another day.
-Passengers are responsible for keeping an eye on their personal belongings. Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods.
-Card payments are accepted on board; however, be advised that there may be connectivity issues that could affect the ability to process credit or debit card transactions during the sailing period. We strongly recommend that you carry cash as a backup payment option.
8. Boat Excursion ”Nisyros – The Volcano Island”, Check-In, Cancellations, Payment Methods
-Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in point at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the boat. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in being denied boarding, and in such cases, tickets will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
-If the boat is unable to sail due to extreme weather conditions, you will be eligible for either a full refund or the option to reschedule your excursion for another day.
-Passengers are responsible for keeping an eye on their personal belongings. Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods.
-Card payments are accepted on board; however, be advised that there may be connectivity issues that could affect the ability to process credit or debit card transactions during the sailing period. We strongly recommend that you carry cash as a backup payment option.
-Individuals with specific health concerns (Pregnancy, Heart conditions etc,) may be restricted from entering the crater; however, they are welcome to observe it from an elevated viewpoint.
9. Boat Excursion ”Day Trip To Bodrum”, Check-In, Cancellations, Delays, Travel Documents
-Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in point at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the boat. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in being denied boarding, and in such cases, tickets will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
-If the boat is unable to sail due to extreme weather conditions, you will be eligible for either a full refund or the option to reschedule your excursion for another day.
-Delays due to passport control and customs procedures are anticipated during peak seasons and open market days. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
-Passengers are responsible for keeping an eye on their personal belongings. Management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods.
-Passengers are required to present the necessary travel documents for their journey to Bodrum, Turkey during the check-in and passport control process. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of tickets, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Travelway DKC will not claim responsibility for any problems with travel documents that result from changes made by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Schengen Passport Control authorities. Any issues that arise from official changes remain the traveler’s responsibility and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
🛈 Important Information for Families: Single parents traveling with children (ages 0-17) are required to present a legal document signed by the other parent, granting permission for the child to travel to Bodrum, Turkey on the designated date. Documentation of full custody is also accepted by passport control and relevant authorities.
In addition all minors (ages 0-17) traveling alone or with adults who are not their legal guardians or parents, need an extra official document signed by their parents, second parent, or legal guardian authorizing them to travel to Bodrum, Turkey on the designated date. Full custody also works for the passport control and authorities.
🛈 Important Information for Travel Documents: Citizens of Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Ukraine are permitted to travel with only their national ID card and do not require a passport.
For citizens of all other countries, possession of a valid passport is mandatory, and in some instances, a visa may also be required. We strongly advise you to conduct thorough research regarding entry requirements for Turkey and to ascertain which countries are permitted or denied entry or if there are any chances made by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
